Alchemist's Workshop - UE4

I created this scene during the course "UE4 Modular Environments" with Clinton Crumpler at CGMA. The course lasting 10 weeks, with an extra week spent on the scene after the course to do some final polish.
The scene depicts a forgotten section of a castle where an aging alchemist works. The scene was accomplished with using modular pieces for the architecture, as well as trim sheets for the large wooden elements in the scene. The lighting is baked, and utilizing volumetrics to add more depth to the scene. The scene is a fully realized 3D space, optimized for gameplay.

A big thank you to Clinton for his advice and feedback during the course! It was very valuable

I was responsible for all aspects in the scene, with the exception of the tileables, which are modified Megascans textures, the mushrooms, and the burnt logs.
Breakdown coming soon!
